Only a very few manufacturers are able to customize a racing bicycle frameset with the level of attention to detail attained by WR Compositi. The tubes used in the construction of the FX2 are created by WR Compositi themselves. In this manner, every individual tube can be optimised for the rider as the fibres are layered.

The voluminous downtube is ovalised vertically 44x58mm at the head tube and 52x44mm horizontally at the bottom bracket. The bottom bracket shell, with a diameter of 60mm, can be threaded BSA or BB30 as specified.

The stable and well mannered frameset transmits the riders power directly to the road. The own-brand FK2 fork makes for a comfortable ride. Whether on cobbles, in a sprint or on a fast descent, there is no situation in which the FX2 is anything other than supremely comfortable.

The FX2 requires a seat post in 31,6mm external diameter, and an integrated headset. The frameset comes with a seat post clamp, washers for mounting the brakes, and if no front derailleur attachment is specified, a derailleur clamp. On request the FX2 can also be ordered with an integrated seat post (ISP).
